Service department

We'll service your machine, not just ours.

The same technicians who keep the Cruise America Operations rental fleet running will work on equipment you own. Send the details below and you'll get a written estimate before anything is taken apart.

What we work on

Scheduled maintenance

Oil and filters, belts, chaincase, plugs, greasing, coolant, brake service — done to the manufacturer's interval, logged so you have the history.

Repairs and diagnosis

Runs rough, loses power, won't start, overheats, leaking. We diagnose first, quote second, and never start turning wrenches without your approval.

Seasonal prep

Winterization, summerization, fogging, fuel stabilization, battery service and storage prep so the machine starts on the first pull next season.

Pre-trip inspections

Full safety and readiness check before a big trip — the same inspection we run on our own rental fleet before it leaves the yard.

How it works

  1. 1. Send the request. Machine, symptoms, how soon you need it.
  2. 2. We schedule the intake. You'll hear back with a drop-off slot — or an on-site visit if the machine can't move.
  3. 3. Diagnosis and estimate. Parts and labor in writing. Work starts only after you approve it.
  4. 4. Repair and test. The machine gets run and checked before it goes back to you.
  5. 5. Pickup and invoice. Card or bank transfer, receipt by email, service history on file.

Rush slots

Down hard before a trip? Flag it as rush and we'll tell you honestly whether we can hit it.

No surprise bills

Estimate first, approval second. Anything found mid-job gets re-quoted before we continue.

On-site available

Field service is quoted per trip based on distance — ask when you send the request.
